Opening of Starbucks Piara Waters
Blackmont Property welcomes Starbucks Coffee to Piara Village. Starbucks is an addition in the final stage of Piara Village joining IGA, Chemist Warehouse, Nido Childcare, Dominos, BP Australia and the Garden Medical centre.
The new Starbucks store is the first to open in Western Australia with the opening sales surpassing Hong Kong Disneyland as the largest Starbucks store opening ever in the Asia Pacific region.
Blackmont Property has worked closely with the store design and development team to welcome Starbucks to the WA market and congratulates Starbucks on a great looking store at Piara Village.
Clarkson Central Construction Commencement
Blackmont Property has commenced construction of a Starbucks Coffee and 7Eleven Service Station in Clarkson WA.
The site was purchased from Woolworths Limited and adjoins the new Woolworths supermarket and Revo Fitness with Ocean Keys Shopping Centre and Bunnings nearby.
Starbucks and 7Eleven are set to open late 2024.

Opening of BP at Piara Village
Blackmont Property welcomes BP Australia as the first tenant to open in the new $40m Piara Village development.
The BP Service Station fronts Warton Road and Erade Drive and expands the retail offering of the CY O’Connor Village and Tavern.
The balance of the Piara Village centre including an IGA Supermarket, Nido Childcare, Chemist Warehouse, Medical Centre and Specialty Retailers will open from October 2023.
