Sale of Final lot at Fiori Estate

Blackmont Property has settled the final lot at the 103 lot Fiori Estate residential subdivision on the corner of Alexander Drive and Queensway Road in Landsdale

Fiori (Flower) pays homage to the old Roworth Nursery which occupied the site and was developed in three stages commencing in 2019 across 10ha including a central public open space with nature playground, community facilities, walking paths and a wetland conservation area.
