Sale of Shorehaven Service Centre

Blackmont Property (Through subsidiary Blackmont Capital) has completed the disposal of the Shorehaven Retail Centre. The centre was purchased in 2017 and has delivered investors an annual return with a strong capital gain on sale.



Blackmont Property as asset manager successfully entered into new leases with three tenants (Including securing Development Approval for a telecommunications tower) and agreed the lease extension of Endeavor Group Limited (BWS) at the Property.
