Blackmont Property welcomes BP Australia as the first tenant to open in the new $40m Piara Village development.



The BP Service Station fronts Warton Road and Erade Drive and expands the retail offering of the CY O’Connor Village and Tavern

.



The balance of the Piara Village centre including an IGA Supermarket, Nido Childcare, Chemist Warehouse, Medical Centre and Specialty Retailers will open from October 2023.
