Piara Village

Piara Village is a community focused 6,500sqm neighbourhood centre anchored by an IGA supermarket, Chemist Warehouse, Medical Centre, Nido Childcare and 12 speciality retailers.

The site is an extension of the CY O’Connor Village and faces both Warton and Nicholson Roads. Completed 2023.
