Fiori Estate is a 103 lot residential subdivision on the corner of Alexander Drive and Queensway Road in Landsdale.
Fiori (Flower) pays homage to the old Roworth Nursery which occupied the site and was developed in three stages across 10ha including a central public open space with nature playground, community facilities, walking paths and a wetland conservation area.
