Canning Vale

Canning Vale is a 2ha two lot subdivision of the former Willow Ponds Reception Centre site facing busy Nicholson Road. The site adjoins the new Nicholson Road Metronet station and the subdivision involved the upgrade of Passenger Place (Formerly Canna Drive) in consultation with the PTA, Main Roads, Police and State Government with an end sale to the Department of Communities for a mixed use development adjoining Nicholson Road Train Station.
